I love that it is cheaper than conventional milk AND is hormone free. The hormones in milk freak me out. This stuff is great. No more wasted milk - I just mix up two cups at a time. <br /> <br />I have no problem mixing it - I just put it in a bowl with water and whisk it. I got it for my daughter, a college student, so she could ride around campus for exercise. It's light to me but a bit heavy for her. She still can get it in and out of her car okay. She loves it. It folds/unfolds quickly with a little practice and is just darned cute. The fit and finish are excellent. The box arrived a bit crumpled from shipping but the bike itself was padded and secured in all the right places and emerged pristine and required only minor tuning and some more air in the tires. I found Bob's Red Mill on Amazon and have never been sorry we tried it. My family loves this milk, we never run out of milk and it never spoils because it doesn't last that long. It is a challenge to mix, as someone else stated, but I just use my Magic Bullet with all the powder in the first run and it mixes great. Whatever is stuck to the sides comes off in the next whirring of filtered water. Wonderful product. I have also ordered several other Bob's Red Mill products and I am just as pleased with those. My range on it is about 10 miles round trip. That's about as far as i'm willing to go. More than that and you'd want a big bike. But it is perfect for city shopping and upstairs apartment living. I would buy it again. <br />Oh, you do want to take it to the bike shop for a tune up and adjustments beofre you ride it, though. I hear that's normal for all online bikes. They accent the room perfectly, though they're a lot bigger than I had imagined. I haven't tried adding light to them yet, they're just decoration. Yes they are a little thin and fragile, but if you are careful and hang them and leave them alone, it's not a problem. And they're super cheap so if it breaks, just buy another! I received lanterns alright, but with a completely different design. My lanterns have bright splashes of pink over the entire lantern shade. There are no branches with cherry blossoms on the design like the one shown. I guess the company figured they sent something that looked close enough, but I think I just got cheated and lost $15 on something I did not want. Shame on M.V. Trading Company for doing that.
